"We have stayed in several different hotels in the Dandong area and this was the first time we stayed at the Wanda Realm Hotel. Because of the rating and the price, I was disappointed in many things. First, there was no bellman to greet us when we got out of the taxi and we moved our luggage ourselves. Second, the staff at reception were unsmiling and seemed to be just going through the motions. "This was our second stay here. This is a great hotel in a great area. Labor Park is across the street, it's very nice. There's plenty of shopping in the area. They keep everything very clean. The staff is excellent and friendly. A shout out to the assistant manager, Alex. He was very helpful in resolving a billing issue from the travel site. The breakfast buffet has a wide selection of foods and the coffee was excellent. We'll be back the next time we travel to Dalian."
