"This is the most tranquil hotel that I’ve ever stayed at. From the calming music on the lower floor to the super-chill staff and the saffron tea. The elevators with a mountain view on the far side, the corridors, everything. It’s all very relaxing. The room is well appointed, great views and a high-tech tv if that’s something you’re looking for. A comfy chair and a delightful bathroom."

"I really enjoyed both my stays at The Pal. It's a very nice property, well-kept, a convenient short walk from the main market. The stroll down the street never got old. The room was tidy. The shower was plenty refreshing after an 8-day trek. Breakfast was good. The staff was especially friendly and helpful.
