Additionally, our cabin specifically had issues with the bathroom door (not closing) and the door to the master bedroom was jammed - to open/close the door it needed to be pushed/pulled very hard and it made a loud scratching noise every time it was opened or closed waking up my daughter in the second bedroom. "It was my fourth time staying at Casa Jum. When driving from New York with the night flight, we land at 2 AM, and spending the night in Santiago is most convenient. The hostel staff will communicate with you in advance about your arrival time, so the night guard was aware. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, there is hot water and AC in all rooms. TV as well, and wifi. I wish they had breakfast options, like egg and fruit salad. I always have to go to the supermarket first to get something to...
