"This is an elegant old school traditional special south american style hotel with spacious common foyers and old stone pillars large fine tile good art and museum like artifacts. Often the inside of these old hotels, from the outside you can't guess their dignity. It is a little shoestring, but that fits the times and my point even though the nearby streets were messy, the inside is elegant.
