"However, everything was good service room was cleaned and everything we got overcharged for the buffet overcharged for the dinner. Food was overcooked when we decided to have dinner it was a lot going on, but that’s not no excuse for poor service are the food being overcooked I paid what I paid, I wasn’t happy but you live your life. Just wanted to get out with my wife and just have so long time for a couple of days house not far from the hotel. Just stay home. "

"What an amazing hotel very clean and safe. Room is spacing. Food was poor, they need to change their menu. The ladies in the restaurant are not too welcoming. The front desk young men are so helpful and friendly . Poolside loved it. I give a 7.5 out 10. Just because the food was not good and the service in the restaurant. Over all everything was great! "

"Fantastic villa. I have been renting in Casa de Campo for many years but I have never found a villa that offers all these services at this price. I usually had to pay extra for golf carts, professional chef, car rental and so on, but I had everything included with them. The staff is extremely friendly. I will definitely be back very soon."

"There was just nothing around here. There was a casino that had old broken games and there was a club but it was completely packed. Couldn't even get a table to sit down for a drink"

"Where do I start? Dann was phenomenal answering all my questions prior to arrival and made us feel special/at home throughout our stay. The pictures of the villa do it no justice. This place is absolutely beautiful and had more than enough space to accommodate our group of 10. After the third night, family members began suggesting we own a villa like this for getaways. The villa was well kept and very clean, which was important to us. Our favorite hangout was by the pool/cabana--the bar was well-stocked. The staff was awesome, very friendly, and made us feel so welcomed. And Chef Cookie!!! The food was muy bueno and the variety of dishes, some of which we had never had, was amazing! Chef Cookie always greeted us with a warm "Good Morning" or "Hola." She did a phenomenal job of catering to any dietary restrictions. If we could clone her/afford her, and she was willing to come with us, my oh my! Thank you Dann and staff for such a great stay. Not only did you meet the bar, but you surpassed it--we are already planning our next getaway for next year. :)"
