"The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped "

"Hotel has a perfect location, just in the heart of Palanga. We had got a comfortable suite with a balcony to the view on Palangos church. Breakfast has a lot of choices and is really delicious. Morning spa access is a good idea. We had finished our stay here relaxed. The entrance to the underground garage is really steep. You have to drive carefully. But if you are lucky, you can get a street parking next to the building."

"We opted for this hotel based on parking availability. However we are pleased to report that our room was spacious and well equipped and at a good price. A full breakfast was included and we enjoyed Armenian food at the restaurant in the evening."

"This hotel is known for its spa and water activities. We used it simply as an airport hotel, it being 5 minutes drive from PLQ airport. So I can’t comment on the water activities, but it looked fun. The room was very small but adequate. Nice desk staff who spoke English. The surrounding area doesn’t offer any restaurants or shops at all. We didn’t try the food at the hotel either. Overall it was good for us."

Staff were great, location is beautiful, room was spacious and quiet however the hair dryer was barely working and the hotel did not have hair conditioner in the room or spa area. For a 4 star hotel experience you would expect this to be available at least in the spa. When we asked the reception if there is any hair conditioner in the building we were told...
