"Palace Gate is an oasis within a busy city. Facilities offered everything you will want or need. Our room was beautiful, pool was tranquil and much needed after the walking and heat of the day. After a minor miscommunication at check in, a staff member delivered a plate of cold fresh fruit slices to our room—unnecessary but very much appreciated. Came into our room one afternoon to find a cloth lying next to my reading glasses. Small gestures like that are examples of next level hospitality."
