"We arrived late, after a long journey. Hotel had no notice of our booking…. This could have been a disaster but thanks to the amazing lady on reception, it wasn’t. With her limited English and our limited French, we explained the situation, she found us a room, arranged for a chef to come in and cook us dinner, found us towels, toiletries etc and generally looked after us really well. We had a fantastic stay and it was very comfortable and relaxing. Strongly recommend. I just wish I had got the receptionist’s name so I could thank her personally here. "

Stayed for 2 weeks and requested a couple of cleans for during our stay, but we were advised before we arrive that this wasn’t possible, which was great communication. Communication has been great throughout. Air conditioning was great working better than I’ve had in hotels. I can’t fault the apartment or host. Thank you for the stsy"
