Hotels with an Indoor Pool in Jersey from SAR 382

"The pool has literal lumps of black dirt on the tiles, it hasn’t been cleaned for a long time. The jacuzzi is the same temperature as the pool and also dirty. No shower facilities after the “swim” Run down hotel, breakfast staff were just there, never said good morning, no interaction from any staff actually. Won’t be staying there again. "

Hospitality tray, which was replenished daily. Very good breakfast, with wide choice. Free parking on site. Good wi-fi. There I are two pools and spa, but unfortunately we didn’t have time to go in either. Hotel is about 20 minutes walk from St Helier where there are plenty of shops and restaurants. "Absolutely fantastic experience. Our balcony room was incredible with the most wonderful view over St Helier. The spa was absolutely brilliant with 4 pools, steam room and sauna all available to hotel guests, and the breakfast was delicious, albeit not an open buffet on weekdays and a limited hot buffet selection at weekends. The staff were friendly and helpful, and overall made the experience fantastic. We shall most certainly return."

"Staff were all very friendly and efficient. Breakfast was excellent in terms of choice and quality. Champagne Bar cosy. Room was a delux double but on 3rd floor so in the eaves. Dimly lit one small window, lack of plug sockets and mirror in the main room. TV signal poor. Housekeeping was good, fresh towels daily, nice touch of fresh milk in the fridge however, we had to request water to be replaced and the biscuits were not replaced after arrival not that we were desperate but would of been...

"Setting and comfort very good. Breakfast also good, evening meals good to adequate but avoid the buffet carvery as it was left out for hours under lamps and dried up.Overall would recommend hotel."
