"The place is absolutely beautiful on the outside of the rooms and around the hotel, our room on the inside not so much. The sheets were dingy and old looking, the pillows had a used smell to them and the room was dusty. The blinds were also dirty and were not friendly when we tried using them. Front desk staff was really helpful and nice. The food was great. They day servers, Benjamin and I forgot the name of the young guy with him are absolutely amazing. The night servers not so much. "I stood for one night and the hotel rooms are spacious, well ventilated and illuminated. The parking was close to my room which was fantastic. The constructions, gardening, decorations really sets guests in the tropics. The staff was friendly. While my staying there was an electric shortage, but the hotel's manager resolved within 15 minutes. "
