"Overall a good hotel. Service marked down slightly due to the fact that I waited 10 minutes for someone from the restaurant to seat me, I had to find said person as it seemed that everyone was occupied with a function within the hotel. Great breakfast buffet offering. "

"Plentiful parking in the main Raptor Foundation car park. Check in was easy, in the building which is also a gift shop. The room (room 3) was huge - microwave and fridge included. Bathroom was a wet room which I thought might be very cold but the room is centrally heated, including the bathroom. Shower isn’t very powerful but does the job. "The highlight of the hotel is the food, it is excellent. The hotel is beautiful with excellent design. Some practical things were overlooked for instance it is impossible to sit in front of a mirror to use the hair dryer."

"Quirky! Low ceilings, uneven floors, very old building. Landlord is friendly, as are the staff. Good breakfasts! Live music some evenings. Enjoyed the stay. Very convenient for visiting my mum!"

"Carl's house was great for our family trip. We had everything we needed, Carl is a great host, he was there to welcome us & showed us around. The location was ideal, with plenty of shops & restaurants. "

"Fabulous central location on the Market Square, St. Neots. Easy, fast drive to towns and cities or into the local countryside. Clean and comfortable from top to bottom, with all the basic supplies thoughtfully provided, e.g. milk, marmalade, washing soap, etc. For the best sleep, if 'sensitive,' bring an eye mask and use the provided ear plugs. "We wanted to visit Cambridge and nearby areas and the house was well located for that. The house was nice and spacious which was great for the kids to play and explore. Having a park right on its doorstep was a bonus. The hosts were very responsive and we encountered no problems at all before, during or after our stay. I'd recommend staying at this house for anyone interested in a lovely family break in Cambridgeshire."
