"We were late coming in from Beijing and they ran out of the single rooms. They just put use each in a suite without batting an eye lid! Great service; I was impressed that even the restaurant waitresses were attentive to the guest needs even when we weren’t asking. We were having a bit of difficulty with the chopsticks on the lamb ribs and the next moment I know, a pair of fork and knife was place in front of me. Great service!"

Overall experience is good (staff is helpful and hotel is relatively new). However, it is a distant away from Handan city area...nil/limited local eateries / shops. [Hotel does have food vending machines] Hotel amenities can be improved. Be great it there is a mini fridge."
