"Had a delay in route to the hotel. Spoke with staff on the telephone explaining the delay in Italy and I would arrive very late that night. They put me at ease explaining there will always be someone available 24 hours"

"*towels not provided. One very rickety table in room, front desk clerk was extremely reluctant to provide a receipt. You get what you pay for"

"Arrived very late, just before they were closing, to collect my key and get into the room! The front desk was still there and as pleasant as could be, despite my tardy arrival! The next day, a different person at the front desk and was just as helpful with information as to where to purchase items. Lovely location."

"Hotels app messed up my booking as we wanted a twin and got a double , good job we’re close friends. it wasn’t the owners fault and she was lovely , very friendly , made us a lovely meal and smiled a lot while being busy , we we’re just passing but a great find , we’ll be back "

"Il faut savoir que vous êtes ici en appartement. En ce qui nous concerne 6 couchages (possible à 7). Il s'agit d'appartements meublés et équipés (couverts, assiettes...lave vaisselle, micro onde...couvertures oreillers). Ces appartements appartiennent à des propriétaires privés qui en ont confié la gestion à Eurogroup. Wifi mais il faut rester dans le secteur de la box qui est à l'accueil. C'est bien mais quand même pas comme sur les photos...Pour les 15 premiers jours de juillet tout à fait...

"L'hébergement est tres bien situé , facile à trouver, au centre de la station pas tres loin des pistes , lieux de restauration et parking. L'hébergement est propre, il ne manque rien à l'intérieur . La presence du wifi et d'une tv accessible sans supplément par rapport à d'autres hébergements est un plus . "

"Hotel was great location, parking was full but big car park down the hill, only complaint was that they should not charge to use spa after 10am that’s naughty as you want it after the slopes"
