"This was our fourth visit to Megeve, but our first time staying at Au Coin du Feu. We plan to become regulars! The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood on a hill, just a short walk from the center of the village. Our room was absolutely perfect with cozy stone and wood features, a modern bathroom, a charming balcony and even a view of Mont Blanc. "We really enjoyed our stay in Bogeve. The property was very comfortable and well equipped with a lovely log burner and modern kitchen appliances. Les Brasses ski resort was about a 5 minute drive and proved to be a really nice ski resort. We also ventured to the larger resort of Samoens (part of Le Grand Massif ski area) which was about 40 to 50mins drive. "Nice place, great location for grand massif ski lift and only short 5 min walk into town. Pool and SPA facilities were great after long day on the slopes. Room of decent standard although heating is controlled by reception, ours kept going off and because reception is part time couldn’t always contact them to switch it on. Kids enjoyed the pool table in reception but only downside was they closed early at 8pm could have been done with staying open a little longer. Negatives would be that WiFi...
