"Brilliant location for the old city; clean and very friendly staff. A room at the back avoided the potential for any late night noise from an adjacent bar. Breakfast buffet worked well with a good variety of hot and cold food. We’d return"

"Fantastic Hotel in a Perfect Location This hotel was a wonderful find! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff at the service desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location was unbeatable—right next to a shopping mall and just a 10-minute walk to the old town and Christmas market. Plenty of restaurants and souvenir shops were within a 5-10 minute stroll. "Great hotel to stay at! We had a Premium Room on the 6th floor with great Old Town views. The view over the train station is great as well. Room was spacious and clean, there were 2 little negatives in the bathroom: - the hand towel holder came off the wall - shower is low pressure (but not a deal breaker) We had breakfast and it was plentiful (we’re mostly oatmeal people though), I liked the coffee and the really fluffy cake. We needed to stay an extra night and our room was available and...

"First time staying at this hotel and it was a lovely stay. The staff were helpful and freidnly. They gave us lots of recoemndations about the city. The room was very comfortable and the spa was relaxing after a long day walking around the city. "
