"Stayed while attending conference at nearby university- older hotel in parts but clean and well serviced for rate. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout. Room had all base requirements- wifi throughout although drops out frequently when hotel busy. Tasty and varied breakfast options included in room rate for many rooms "

"I was disappointed for the housekeeping to throw my face soap yo the dustbin. They should have known that they can not throw anything except what it is inside the dustbin. First time that I knew, I complained to the receptionist but slow response until I called them again. Room and condition is OK but I feel insecure if they can throw everything outside dustbin with any assumption. I will not stay in this hotel again."

The room is clean and comfortable, although the hallway and inside of the room can do with a bit more freshen up/renovations. Location is quite strategic close to the city centre. Breakfast spread is amazing with lots of local food options. In house spa service is also great with good service. Overall we enjoyed our stay."

"The property is at a prime location. Going around Jogja wasn’t difficult at all. The staff are patient, kind, and considerate. The room is extremely clean and the housekeeping staff do a stellar job of cleaning the rooms everyday. The bathrooms are amazing. The water pressure on the shower, the sink, and the health faucet is excellent. There were some small ants going around but they didn’t cause a massive problem. All in all, an amazing stay. "The room was spacious, but under furnished, could have done with another chair. Kept running out of toilet paper, and AC kept running strange preprogrammed modes that made us too cold at night. The outside waterfall was also a little loud. The breakfast were not great. The staff were helpful, and the same day turn around for laundry was great!"
