"It was aamazing stay. The staff were hospitable right from the word go. The moment we reached we were welcomed by Alisa and her colleague and they went through a well run check in service. Food was excellent and on our day one we were welcomed by Aftab introduced us to Tempora , a traditional Goan cuisine restaurant in the village square. Aftab was excellent throughout our stay and Karan & Mahabe ensured that we were well looked after. There were different culinary options available including...

"Novotel is a good brand and it lives upto the expectations always but this property is a little old which was visible in it's rooms and washrooms. Breakfast was decent, staff was helpful and responsive. They have a casino next to the hotel which is free for all Novotel guests so something to explore and a freebie ;) "

"Lovely stay here, however a few issues regarding taxis. Thankfully we rang when arriving at Mumbai airport or else we wouldn’t have had a taxi when arriving at Goa airport which we had booked. Always able to get a sun lounger around the pool/beach area. Rooms were slightly noisy with guests shouting up the stairs to other guests at 2am two nights in a row and also random calls to our room phone. Good choice of day trips, however you need to use THEIR drivers which sit outside of the hotel...
