"Great room and great location."

"Great location and proximity to the cable car and the rock of Gibraltar (5 minute walk). Free parking which proved useful. It’s kind of “the” hotel due to its location to the rock. It’s a tourist haven (probably to be expected) and generally well put together with stylings of history and celebrity guests though it could be spruced up a bit. But it’s clean and convenient. The desk staff has a few less than helpful folks which was unfortunate but others on staff make up for it. "

"We really enjoyed our stay and the rooms were clean, wonderful staff greeted us, and the breakfast included with our room rate was wonderful. Many options and the the coffee was fantastic."

"Easy check in great facilities very friendly staff. Only one negative for me the restaurant took a very long time to bring the food. "

"Although we were aware that the hotel was closing we still expected 4 star accommodation as that is what we paid for. The pool and terrace area were in a very bad state of disrepair and the pool area unusable. We asked for an upgrade to a sea view as there road works at the front of the building and therefore noisy but were told ( 6 hrs after asking and having to ask again)that no rooms were available although the hotel was clearly far from busy. There were a few bottles of complimentary soft...

"E1 Residences is peefectly located and is a short walk to the bars and restaurants in Gibraltar. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need and Walter was excellent at communicating the details for check in etc."
