"The hotel itself is stunning- location, location, location! However, the staff seems to know this and feels there is no need to provide any level of service. Rooms were not made up daily and when asking for info, the desk staff was as unhelpful as can be. The wellness center was only open for a few hours in the evening (and only some of it was in operation, no towels provided, and the water in the baths was clearly not cleaned with any frequency) The breakfast was ok, but only bad coffee...

"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. We got a parking place for car at the yard of the hotel. We didn't use spa services as we had just a limited time at Borjomi but there were plenty of free times for their small spa. Breakfast room is very beautiful and choice of food was enough for small...

"The location is very good, and you can take a mini bus bound to Tbilisi, just in front of the hotel. However, food was generally so so. The window it not fitted to the frame so there was a strong wind squeezing into the room to make big noises. The price seems to be high compared to its town size, but they provided me a free meal in a box as I requested it for an early check-out to move to Tbilisi.Breakfast begins late in winter....."

"A very cozy place to stay especially if you’re interested in skiing because the hotel is very close to ski area. The only thing we didn’t like was room temperature. It was quite cold. Otherwise the hotel and staff were very nice. Food was delicious. "
