"The room was clean. But what we really liked was the staff. Hasan, Sara and Christopher do really everything to help you find your way into Sri Lanka. Sara is an excellent cook and they are really very nice and helpfull. We recommend this place to everyone."

"Really nice place to stay if you are on a low to mid budget. The staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you. For the price the rooms are big with a separate bedroom(ensuite) and a sitting and kitchen area. The Kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. Our room had a nice outside seating area as well. Other rooms look directly onto the pool. Lewis place is a short walk or a quick taxi ride to all the restaurants and bars. The...

"The hotel was overbooked when we arrived. (Seems like the manager didn't check bookings from hotels.com). The hotel ended up giving us a room at a much cheaper hotel, without giving us any kind of compensation. Further, the hotel offered us a transfer to the airport more expensive than a taxi and tuc tuc."
