And this is still visible with respect to the quality of the room furniture and the installation and the way the staff deals with wishes (addressed at the reception) or problems (e.g. a problem with water leakage in the toilet got immediately fixed by an experienced craftsmen after we told the room service about it and she had called her colleague). "Great place close to the river to fully disconnect from the light, dust and noise pollution. Especially at night, it’s so quiet, you get to hear birds, see stars in the sky, man, I got one of my deepest /best sleeps. This location is also couple degrees cooler at night that in town which I really like. The staff are very responsive and respectful. I would definitely opt for the food service, it’s so good. The owner Mike is always very responsive and helpful. Overall great place for anyone...

"What to say! This was a last minute booking which totally changed the feel of our trip. A haven of peace and tranquility. Such welcoming friendly staff and owners. Very helpful on the accommodation front. We could not have asked for more. Half an hour'ish walk to the beach through the wetlands or taxis to go further. A very peaceful safe area. "The facilities advertised on the Sandele website and on Expedia did not in any way match what we encountered when we arrived. Our advice is not to go to this resort unless you have first hand information from a visitor who has stayed there after 5 March 2019 to confirm the status of the facilities and services"
