"Ok. So the hotel states features that arent really operational now when i booked. Sauna and spa - wasnt informed on how to use this. Swimming pool - only june until autumn. I presume these boost the star rating. There is a lot of art in the hotel. Wood everywhere with glass inlay making cleaning much harder. Not one english channel on the tv. The hotel needs an update. And on a friday night i went to the bar. Ordered a glass of wine. Saw raciones arriving for others. Asked what was recommended...
