"Netjes en schoon, maar niet geschikt als gezin. Teveel rumoer buiten en onze bovenburen maakten veel lawaai middenin de nacht na het stappen. We moesten ook nog extra betalen voor handdoeken en bedlinnen, dat zit normaliter toch echt in een hoteltarief. "

We arrived on a Sunday after a week on road and she laid up some things to get us through Monday morning. She kindly did a load of washing to get us...

"The place exceeded our expectations. Lawrence is a first class host. The place is really quirky and well worth the money. Leeuwarden is just a fantastic base in the north of the country and we made a visit to one of the Wadden Islands with a two hour ferry journey which was splendid. "
