"We were disappointed with our stay. It took some time to gain entry. We were not given wifi code on arrival. When we requested it later it was produced with the wrong code. Further requests were met with "Do you need it tonight. I'm sleeping now". This was at 9.00 pm. We did get the correct code eventually but only one of the vouchers worked. The room was strange. No table and no chair. The toilet/shower was right next to the door on an open plan room. The door to the room's balcony would not...

"The hotel is not a 4 stars, I guess 2. The experience was not good, the hotel canceled our reservation arbitrarily, but we never knew because we were on the route, so when we arrived, the lady at the reception did not want to open the door, finally thanks to the help of a guest, the lady agreed to speak to us. "

"It was a great experience, the place is inviting, the bathrooms are clean, the staff is friendly, check in was simple, they even phoned ahead to check when to expect us and the breakfast was fresh and well prepared. My only issue was with the bed in our room...it was not very comfortable."
