The view from the hotel is the best ever of the Corinthian Gulf and the beginning of the plain leading up to the Sanctuary of Delphi. Classic Old Hotel with a lot of history. "This is a small hotel on the outskirts of a tiny town. If you are searching for a luxury resort, better to look somewhere else. The setting is rural: goats and sheep are grazing grass just across the street, and you will be awakened by a rooster. The place is exceptionally clean. The furnishings are practical with surprisingly luxurious linens and towels. The breakfast was filling but somewhat uninspiring. For lunch and dinner, you can walk to the town center in about 10 minutes or drive in 3....

"We arrive in Delphi after a long drive on twisty mountain roads (confession - we probably should have known Delphi was in the mountains and not on the coast). Streets are narrow and often one-way. We find the address to the Villa, knock on the door... and an old woman who speaks no English answers the door. After a few minutes of smiling and hand gestures, we realize the listed address for the Villa is wrong and the place we're looking for is across the street and a few doors down. We walk...
