"I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family. The shuttle service was punctual, the front of house staff was remarkable. Every single interaction we had with anyone working at the hotel was filled with kindness and warmth. We would always book this hotel over any other. Thank you. "

"The internet did not work. While the property listed that rooms had their own safe the room did not have one. My room was a very long walk away from reception. The mosquito net does not cover the bed. Hot water is not available at all times and only seems to be switched on in the morning. While there is a Visa card machine, I was told it does not work.The room was very clean and the restaurant offers a variety of options. "

"The good thing I can say about the Hotel is that they provided water on a daily, free breakfast was offered and the ladies who cleaned did their job and the reception desk, the ladies were also polite. What I didn't like was the Hotel either would shut power off sometimes three times a day where you couldn't use WiFi, the elevator was shut down and you had to walk the stairs because of it.
