"Our stay was more than disappointing and fully confirms the other negative reviews on this and other platforms. Unfortunately other properties were fully booked at time of booking and as we were only staying for the night, we figured this could be a great value for money place. How wrong we were! As our driver dropped us in front of the hotel, I thought he must have made a mistake. The hotel facade does not look anything like the pictures and is covered in what looks to be a construction...

"On check in we were shown to a very dingy room downstairs which didn't have the extra bed for our son we had especially asked for. When we complained they offered him a room in another part of the hotel which we weren't happy with, eventually they moved us to a much nicer upstairs room, but it wasn't quite clean and restocked, but was OK for the one night. Dinner was OK, but quite bland and breakfast was not good."

"We loved the beauty of this place. Everyone was friendly and beyond helpful. I took photos from my balcony of a family of deer. it was incredible. Staff also helped us book a once in a lifetime safari. I definitely recommend this stay. "

"Do not book this place, photos are fake, this place is empty of guests, under construction, dangerous & dirty. It is miles from anything & they told us that they are unlicenced meaning there is no food, alcohol & no transport to take you to anywhere. I will be contacting Expedia about a refund & removal from its site. Expedia has a responsibility to ensure other travellers are not cheated out of their money. We left and were lucky to find a great place, but Ella is a popular destination so this...
