"They did not have record of my booking, even though I had made it a month in advance. I eventually had to email it to the man at the front desk. Wifi was spotty and unreliable in the bedroom. The mattress was harder than I like. Though the living room and bedroom looked nice, but the bathroom looked like it hadn't been updated since the 1960's: old, cracked tile, old mildew stains in the tile grout, old yellowed toilet seat, old rusty, broken drain hole cover in the middle of the floor. "1- Rooms was old and worn out with low hygiene 2- Breakfast is poor with low quality 3- Bathrooms are rusty, smelly and had issues with water flow and hot water availability 4- Bed stuffing is bad causing lower back pain every morning 5- AC control units did not have an auto option for cooling temp. (You have to set it manually on and off multiple times even during your night sleep) 6- No basement parking available, instead you have to park in a rear parking lot then walk to the main hotel...
