"Very nice and welcoming staff in all areas. Good food. There is a nice looking pool, but I never used it. Fair internet connection for Ethiopia. Price - value is correct. The garden is very nice. You can observe monheys and many types of birds. There is access to the lake shore walk way, which is quite nice. They offer nice boat tours in the lake. "I cannot fault the hotel, what is exceptional about the place are actually the amazing team members who work in it. They were attentive, kind and humble. Everyone was so warm to me and my family. The shuttle service was punctual, the front of house staff was remarkable. Every single interaction we had with anyone working at the hotel was filled with kindness and warmth. We would always book this hotel over any other. Thank you. "
