"The staff we were wonderful - they responded to an advance email requesting a walk in shower immediately.Room very comfortable & spotless with good bed & then excelled themselves as when I got to train station to leave I realized my phone had slipped out of my pocket in back of cab. On it were my Eurostar tickets & all personal & banking stuff - I called the hotel who immediately called the cab company & alerted the driver who found the phone & brought it back to station - disaster averted - I...

"Tired and dated, but ok for an overnight stop as right next to motorway. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Parking is a rip off for overnight guests, but car was still there in the morning!"

Lovely 3 night stay

"Had a wonderful 3 night stay. Great location with fantastic rooms which were very clean and well presented Had an issue on night with noise due to either the guttering or building cladding knocking against the wall due to the high wind and rain. But reception moved us to a new room with no fuss and we had no further issues Would stay here again"
