"Great hotel with lovely staff!"

"Friendly staff and always smiling. Normal water works in the room, bed was comfortable, wifi works in the hallway very well for movies and in the room for messaging, free towel to use and soap, breakfest was good and the elevator also was in building."

"It was the second time I stayed in this hotel. I keep the same impression as the first time. The staff is extremely nice and polite and eager to please you. The rooms are spacious, the food at the restaurant is good, and the pool is great. I have special thanks to give to Mr Mohamed Said, Mr Khadar, Mr Hassan and Miss Kadidja at the reception. At the restaurant, everybody is nice and helpful but I give very very special thanks to Djama, the best waiter I've ever had. I have to add I got a very bad experience with the receptionist Hasna whom I thought was not behaving professionally."

"NO POOL SINCE THE BUILDING WAS SOLD BY THE FRENCH. DIRTY BEACH WITH SMELLY WATER ACROSS THE STREET. BUILDING MAINTENANCE VERY POOR, NO CLEAN TOWELS, PAY ONLINE THE MANAGER WANTS CASH MONEY TO PUT INTO HIS POCKET. DINING HALL GARBAGE, ROOM SERVICE STOLEN MONEY FROM ME. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS BUILDING TO A CAREER CRIMINAL FOR A HIDEOUT! THIS PLACE IS TRASH !"
