"The beach was lovely. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful (we were snowed out of our return flight & they set up in another room. The second room was much nicer, so I felt sad that I didn’t receive that room at first. I don’t think my Expedia VIP was helpful. I called the hotel for the second room and received a better rate. Food at hotel was very limited. Luckily there is a small restaurant area just down the street. Blount was amazing. We are there 3 times!"

"Zoetry is a resort for comfort and relaxation. The staff was excellent and made our vacation memorable. Dyon and Latoya are the best bartenders around! Hyatt can definitely help the staff by ensuring that they are always fully stocked but that didn’t stop the staff from finding other ways to meet our needs and requests. We will definitely come back because of them!"

"The staff is very friendly. They upgraded our room fridge for a much larger and nicer one without us asking. They are repainting areas so they maintain this property well. This hotel is perfect walking distance to both sides of the channel. "
