"This hotel is absolutely incredible! The staff are just beyond wonderful and truly went above and beyond. I had to leave early due to Covid-19 and they were so kind, supportive and helpful - I can't recommend this place enough! It's more like a 5 star and the rooms / pool are lovely. It's a shame I had to leave early but I will definitely be back again. "The location and spacious rooms are a major positive. However for the price, there are so many updates and improvements needed. The rooms are shabby and mistreated - there were scuff marks all over the walls and floor, so the suite didn't feel clean at all. The building hallways are dark and in bad need of renovation.
