"Very basic no-frills accommodation. We had a challenge checking in due to our inability to speak Spanish and the clerk not having our reservation and seemingly not having a working computer. Eventually we were given a smaller room than paid for (one queen and one single)- it worked for us after a long day of travel, so we didn't complain. Neighborhood was a bit noisy before midnight. "This property is a veritable oasis in the middle of a quite bleak landscape. We chose this hacienda to provide a break in our drive from Pisco Elqui to Santiago and were very glad we did. Everything was great - the amenities, the people, the restaurant, ... We particularly enjoyed taking a walk through the fruit orchards and vegetable gardens, and lounging with our Aperol Spritzs at the pool"

There was nothing I did not like about the place. Some might say the hotel look might be outdated but because it so clean and prestine that it did not phase me."
