"The Raratongan Resort was amazing! The snorkeling was some of the best anywhere-hundreds of fish (including so many nurseries with babies), lots of coral, many, many eels, and turtles; the beach was beautiful; the staff and activities were terrific; the room was wonderful; and the breakfast buffet was the best I've ever had anywhere! What a paradise!"

"Great place to stay if you prefer self contained room style accommodation. There are no dining facilities here but there are a few options nearby within walking distance including the food night markets right next door, a cafe for morning coffees across the road, the sailing club restaurant 30 meters down the beach (ate here a couple of times, it’s pretty good), a convenience store and takeaways also 20-30 meters away. "Fabulous location. Large room and well equipped with everything you need. Very private and romantic. Only downside was a very grubby bq which smelt of old cooking fat everytime you used it. We let the property know that these need thorough cleaning on a regular basis. Other than that it was lovely and we would stay again."
