"What can i say...its the Shangri La...world famous hotel. The hotel from checking in to the staff was first class. We stayed a few days for a double celebration....daughters birthday and our wedding anniversary. Told them in advance and they decorated our room for our daughter with balloons and a cake, and for anniversary they gave us towel swans. Lovely touch. They collected our luggage and took it up to our room after checking in. Seamless process. The check in desk was super helpful and quick to get is checked in. The hotel itself is stunning and only a short walk from the Pearl TV Tower. Would highly recommend if you want to visit that side of the river. Very affordable rates too over the weekend that we stayed. Asked the concierge for booking a larger car for our ride to the airport. He called up and sourced us a larger car. Cheaper than Didi too. So consider asking for their services if you have a lot of luggage and prams"
