"We had the pleasure of staying at the Puli Hotel and Spa. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Jing An. Reels Mall is a 2 minute walk, the Kerry Centre is a 5 minute walk. nearest metro is Jing A Temple which is on line 2, most convenient line which gets you pretty much everywhere. 20 minute walk to West Nanjing Road. Overall great hotel, perfect location with lots of shops and dinning options. Hotel was clean and the staff were very helpful. Spa area was lovely. Few observations...

"A bit hard to find even though it’s close to the metro. You have to go out from the right exit or you’ll have to make a big detour"

"It is a mega type of hotel. Staff were efficient. Room was Okay, but the sharp LED lights reduced the comfort levels. They could use soft light instead."

"Always use this hotel when in Shanghai, excellent. Although this time the service was not as great, checked out early and they didn’t help with refund, the room service was limited … Will try again "
