"What a fabulous stay. Was welcomed and had a great room. Very clean and very comfortably bed. Dinner and breakfast was great and staff were very polite and attentive. We were even given a comp 6 hour late checkout which added to our comfortable stay. Will def return when back in the area. "

"It was our first time at the Secrets sunny beach. Overall it is a nice resort with great view from the balcony. Since it’s end of season, there were outdated beach umbrellas, cold pool and a lot of repetitive food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Some impressive hotels nearby but need to clear the small shops on the walkway to the central square."

"Our room was huge and the twin beds were both small doubles. The bathroom had a bath and separate walk in shower. Bath robes and slippers were provided. The sea view from the balcony was fabulous. "Absolutely delightful hotel. We were really pleased with our stay. The standard of the room was really excellent with a fantastic modern decor and kitted out really well. The staff were very pleasant and friendly and we particularly liked the poolside restaurant which had a very nice menu and good range of dishes. "This is my worst all inclusive vacation ever! I want my money back !!! I was there with my friends,and here are some of the things that are so bad!!! 1. We were there from July 8 to July 11, and wasn’t any A/c working. 2. For the entire resort they have only 1 [one only) iron , and no iron birds. 3. The kid swimming pool was dirty, water was green . 4. No shampoo , or any any other things only one small soap. 5 No towels at the beach, they did not change them in the room 6.
