"Most important thing for was the interaction with the staff which I found to be fantastic. I also got free transportation to the airport on my departure. The only issue I had was the inability to get a power adapter for my Australian V shaped phone and the laptop charger to work. They could not help me get one from their service desk. I had to walk into many shops to look for one and I found one with help from many people. I left my adapter in the reception area telling them they could give it...
