"Beautiful property and very friendly staff. But, we requested an airport shuttle and champagne in the room upon arrival and they dropped the ball. They required reservations for the dinner buffet, but it was open seating. Breakfast time had champagne at the hostess table, but they were warm. The food was fresh and the selection of seafood was amazing. Water bottles weren't refilled in the mini fridge unless requested. "Easy access to/from airport. Lovely dock with sunset views and great snorkeling and plunge pool. We used the dining decos list to book 4 awesome dinners and there’s a restaurant and bar next door. Room was clean and well equipped with a small balcony. Staff were very hospitable and there when you needed something. "
