"I really liked how peaceful this place was with a great view. The English breakfast was not great, but the Sri Lankan breakfast was very good. And the Jacuzzi is nice to have, but it’s not hot. The room was great that I had with a view of Ella rock. But the bathroom doors were kinda like closet doors and made a big noise when you went in and out the people were very nice and helpful and kind. "Liked the 5-10 min walk into town along the rail line. Room amazing view of hills - Ella Rock, waterfall, little Adam’s peak. Lots of birds on trees from balcony and mongooses in garden. Staff helpful. Breakfast (Sri Lankan) great. Had 2 double bedded room which was large and lots of space. "

"Great location, right next to the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops. The hotel itself is more of a guest house. Rooms are very basic - but very large. Can easily accommodate 4 people. Breakfast is either sri-lanken or western, they are very generous with the quantities. If you are looking for a 4/5 star hotel - it’s not the place for you. It is a low budget option for families who prefer that kind of experience. We enjoyed :)"

"This is a hotel outside of Ella (25 minutes) a bit misleading as we discovered. The room is a 2 story so you have plenty of room but more than you really need unless you have a big family with you. The room is decorating simple and not updated. The view is great as you’re surrounded by so much foliage but if you plan to hike in Ella and enjoy their many restaurants and take the train from there, do yourself a favor and stay in the actual town, would’ve been much better. "
