"I was in room 1306 with an amazing floor to ceiling windows overseeing the city, unfortunately due to the exposure to the sun and the locked thermostat temperature, the room becomes inhabitable during the day due to the heat, when I complained they said to close the curtains therefore making me pay for a view I could not enjoy. I believe this one is enough for some sort of refund or some perks for my next stay. Hopefully this complaint in writing will go to who makes decision."

"The hotel is located in an area very close to everything. There is a 24-hour pharmacy next door, super convenient. The included breakfast is buffet-style and offers a wide variety of dishes.
