"We had a lovely stay (once again as we keep coming back) at the Holiday Inn Republic Square in a suite. It was very comfortable and quiet. The salon and bedroom combination gave us a bit more space. All was spotlessly clean. The hotel is centrally located and it is easy to go anywhere in Yerevan. A couple of mornings we had their breakfast and it was quite good, if pricey ($25 per person). The front desk staff was friendly and easy to communicate with, which made the process smooth. I had requested a surprise birthday cake for my niece, and although there was a delay, the hotel still followed through and made the moment special for her, which I really appreciated. "The finest hotel in all of Armenia. The service is always 5 star. As odd as it may be to say, one of my favorite hotels in the world despite not being a tourist destination of any sort. The finest cheesecake on the planet. Truly, beyond words. Restaurant on top is like 2-star Michelin quality. Fine food, white table cloths and above all, PIANO PLAYER for breakfast. Breathtaking experiences there every time. "

"We faced issues in the hotel with noisy room / dirty jacuzzi. The staff is friendly and after push they accomodated room change. Nevertheless we found ourselves in a room with no working tv the first night. Breakfast doesnt hzve toaster, you hzve to pay for your capuccino/drinks (or accept free aremnian coffee) The hotel refused any gesture / refund on the first night. They have accepted late check out last day. Overall experience have not been great and service would need strong improvement"
