"We had a great two-night stay experiencing the sandy beach, pool, kids club and breakfast/dinner options. We also went to the well designed Desert Falls water park. Staff were all exceptional---cheerful and helpful in all interactions. The one issue that is important to mention is the large number of pigeons which affects the pool area grounds and the Desert Falls water park. One has to be careful where to step, where to sit and where to lie down because of this."

"My family and I decided to stay here during new year. The room was nice, larger than in the pictures but dimmer than expected. The LED lights inside the room were cool and everything was pretty high-tech, however there was some issues controlling the AC temperature with the iPad provided. Moreover, the view was underwhelming due to it being blocked by the outer part of the Torch building. Room service could also use improvement as it took 2 hours before we received our requested water bottles...
