"Friendly service and staff… however, NOT worth the price of $40 per night, when I could have spent $47 per night at the Marriott sister hotel near the airport. Room felt like a garage, more like a storage room. The window had no view and was disrupted by foliage. Breakfast was decent, but not worth the price. Extremely disappointing!"

Yes, this is a European budget chain so the rooms are tourist class, inexpensively but practically furnished, spartan, cozy/small. Think entry level cruise ship cabin. "We arrived at the hotel from the Manaus airport about 3:00 am. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. We were in bed by 3:30 am. The bed was comfortable, and we had a short but restful sleep. We did here some street noise, but it didn't keep us awake for long. The breakfast buffet was adequate, and check our was easy. I wouldn't want to stay there for more than 1 night, but it's proximity to the airport,was excellent."
