"personnel très sympathique, agréable et professionnel qui compense la vétusté de l’hôtel et le manque d’entretien: jacuzzi qui fuit dans la salle de petit déjeuner, pas d’eau chaude ni de pression pour la douche du soir, fuite d’eau du toit dans la chambre ….personnel à l’écoute mais impuissant… À noter également que les zones communes (piscine réception salon…) sont totalement fermées de 12h à 16h. Si la météo est défavorable, vous êtes contraint de rester dans votre chambre. Séjour correct...

The location was very convenient for excursions into the mountains (GREAT hiking a short drive away!!). We made our own meals, but the for-fee breakfast seemed pretty good (from what we saw). The laundry facilities were 2 washers (no dryers??), shared with the hotel cleaning staff. We decided against using them. We had to ask for dish detergent, dish cloth, and dry cloth,...

"Nice quality accommodation that is in good condition. The pool was a bonus, but charging an extra 20 euros for the sauna and steam room is petty. On check out we were charged 80 euros to clean the apartment, which is excessive as the room clearly hadn't been overly well cleaned before we arrived. At best, each apartment would take a maximum of 1 hour to clean properly, which doesn't occur, so 80 euros is simply profiteering."
