De nos jours, les hotels fournissent á leur clients les adresses des restaurants qui font la livraison dans les chambres. C'est le petit plus qui fidelise les clients mais ici c'est une autre histoire..."

"I’m really surprised that this is a 4 stars hotel, it needs a lot of improvement, also the stuff needs a training. I waited 2 hours to do the check in, the first room was depressing I asked to change it, after a long negotiation they gave me another one, I went to their restaurant on the beach to have a drink and chill while they prepared the room, the service there was even worse, I waited 30 minutes for just a lemon juice and it was so bad, then I asked for an orange juice, when I complained...

"I had booked a week-long stay at this hotel, but due to unforeseen changes in my travel plans, I requested to reschedule my reservation for a later date. Unfortunately, the hotel refused my request and also declined to issue a refund. This lack of flexibility and customer service has been very disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for travelers seeking considerate and accommodating service"

"Amazing property, high level of cleanliness, a variety of choices for continental breakfast. Staff are very friendly and parking warden really nice guy. Everyone really polite and very helpful. Grand studio was very clean. Everything is new and well looked after"
