"This was the worst place we have stayed in 7 weeks of travelling. Tiny room. Double bed against the wall. Bedhead freestanding & moves every time you roll over. Tiny bathroom. No room for cases. In house restaurant closed the 3 nights we stayed. Had to travel 10 kms to find an evening meal. Advertises that it’s 25kms from Bilbao, when it was more like 35km. Extremely noisy from any activity in the passage. Cleaning staff rolling their trolley up & down the passage from a very early hour. Best...

"After a smooth check-in, I got a spacious modern room with a nicely appointed ensuite that had a good large shower. Overall the hotel had a friendly and helpful atmosphere. It also had a good secure underground carpark (accessable by lift from within the hotel) I arrived about 5pm on a Saturday and the attached restaurant's kitchen was closed so I had to make do with a takeaway but that (as well as a large supermarket) was closeby, about 7min drive. "Second stay here on our journey back to UK from Portugal. Great place, clean, comfortable and the owner is a gentleman. Local restaurant was closed this time of year, which was a shame as it’s really good food and good value but the owner pointed us to a place about 9 km away and the food was good and dogs were welcome. We will be back during our travels. Thanks"
