"We came to Vonnas to go to 3 Michelin Star George Blanc nearby. Loved the grounds and the room. The staff was disorganized and not very helpful. "

The bath had neither a plug or a shower curtain, the only option was to knell and use the hand shower. "The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty).
