There is In-unit laundry with a washer and dryer to make your stay easier. There is plenty of room for 10 guests in this spacious home with 3 bedrooms upstairs and a sleeper sofa downstairs.

Snowbird Season runs January thru February, on a monthly basis. This great complex is just 2 miles away from Harbor Walk Village. Unit was as advertised. So was the nearness if the beach. The unit could use updating as far as painting of the cabinets. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Property needs some TLC as there are some issues with it. It’s very close to the beach but you can’t see it from the unit. Overall it was okay and we enjoyed our stay.

This is a great place , we were there for a month and enjoyed every minute. We had a couple of small issues, and RealJoy was awesome! They sent someone immediately and fixed the problem! Can't wait to go back next winter.

Great location with a private beach, just a few steps to the beach. Plenty of room for our family. It accommodated 6 adults and 3 kids. It was nice that they even had some beach toys and props for the kids to enjoy.

The location relative to the beach was exactly as listed. It was less than a two minute walk to the gorgeous white sand beach with crystal clear water. The property was comfortable and cozy.

Improvements and Cleaning Needed
The amenities were as stated on the website and were great. However, the unit we stayed in was dirty, the paint inside was peeling, the bathroom door did not lock or close properly, and there appeared to be mold on the walls and vents. The outside of the unit needed attention as well; weeds and broken plastic patio furniture etc.

Very close to the beach access and the tennis courts. Clean, kid friendly, easy parking. No beach service for this unit. I didn’t realize going into it that this would be a problem but it was a little hard to find a spot behind the chairs that allowed a view of the water so that we could keep an eye on the kids. We ended up with 7 in the house and it was tight but manageable. If we had come with 9 like we originally planned for, it would have felt like we were on top of each other.

Clean and Great Location But Dated
The Property Management team was super friendly and checked in to ensure our stay was going smoothly. The unit has a perfect location and was clean. Merely Steps from the beach with a view from the back patio, which was lovely for my two little dogs. No stairs and fuss! This unit is not for someone who likes to cook as it’s kitchen, appliances and accessories are very dated. It could use some updates in the bathrooms and some TLC in some other areas. Even an area rug and some lamps would have helped soften the living room and bedrooms and feel more cozy. The beds were not comfortable either.

Great location
It's an absolutely stunning beach with the home being an easy short walk to the beach. Very close to the tennis / pickleball courts. Great location if you have dogs as well for the unit backs to a decent amount of grass with some privacy. The home itself needs some upgrades, the master shower was dirty upon arrival, walls, doors, towel racks, outlets are pretty dirty, paint is peeling and chipping all over the doors and frames. The kitchen is missing very basic things - scissors, salt and pepper, dish sponge, foil. The master bed is the most uncomfortable bed I have ever laid on, it's shocking they haven't replaced it yet and every move you make it makes so much noise. The tennis courts are not maintained very well. We plan to come back semi annually for a week trip to Destin, we will be looking at another location for our next trip.

Really great Destin rental!
We absolutely loved the location of this condo & the stunning private beach with dedicated chair service! The condo was spacious, quiet, and clean. Plenty of room for our group of 5. We only had one neighbor and we never heard them. We visited one of the pools and it was well maintained. If you need anything, there’s a grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, and gift shop within a 5 min drive. A few areas of opportunity would be the floors, beds, and listing description. The condo was clean but the floors were filthy. The bottoms of our feet were black from the first day so we had to wear socks for the rest of the stay. The beds weren’t rock hard but they weren’t very comfortable for an extended stay. They were also super noisy. Anytime my husband moved in the night the noise would wake me up. The beach is close to the unit, not 50 steps as stated, but still only a short walk. Also, the listing didn’t state things that were included with the unit such as a hair dryer and blender. The unit ended up being really well stocked with just about anything you would need so a quick listing update would help travelers pack accordingly. Overall, it’s a great condo and even better location and beach! Perfect for a family, group of friends traveling, or even a couple taking a beach vacay. With a few minor adjustments, this unit could be 5-star amazing!
