The kitchen is fully stocked with all the pots, pans, dishes and cookware    
Condo sleeps 4 comfortably King bed in the bedroom, queen sofa sleeper in den.

This property is NOT available to parties of adults under age 25.

Snowbird Season runs from November thru March. For a quote, select an arrival date (must be the 1st day of the month) and a departure date (must be the 1st day of a subsequent month). Contact us for alternate date requests and further assistance! All monthly rentals are subject to an additional $100 cleaning fee. March rentals are from the 1st to the last Saturday of March.

Chateau La Mer II  South Seas #204 is a very nice one bedroom, one bath unit on the second floor. Just a short 5-minute walk to our deeded beach access and the pristine emerald waters and beautiful white sandy beaches of the Emerald Coast.

Everything was extremely nice, the beach was about 7 min work with own private access. Plenty of restaurants near walking distance. Richard was great. So enjoy yes.

This is a great property, we really enjoyed ourselves. Just a 5 min walk to the beach. Have everything you need if you want yo cook, do your laundry, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful
The property is well kept, and it is a short walk to the beach. We have been coming here for years and always stay at this property. We really enjoy how quiet and well kept it is. The communication is great and check in and out are very easy.

Great getaway
This was a very quiet and family oriented property. It was very close to the beach and had its own private gate access. I liked that it was close to everything and we were able to see everything that Dustin had to offer.

Great vacation!
Older property, but well-kept and quiet. Richard, the property manager, was very prompt with responses to questions and helped make our stay even more enjoyable. We brought our boat with us and had more than adequate parking. Will definitely be back again!

Great Trip!
We had a great stay! The location was great- right across the street from the beach and walkable to a couple restaurants. The beach access is a short walk through the property and across the street with a private entrance gate to the beach. Our unit was right next to the pool and playground area, which were also nice! Our unit was clean and comfortable. Check in, check out, and communication were easy. We would definitely stay here again!

Great vacation
The proximity to restaurants and the beach were excellent. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. My kids loved the little playground. My only complaint was the pool water was cloudy and had a lot of particulates floating around so I didn't really feel great about swimming there. That was a huge bummer as I had hoped we could fill down time at the pool.

Great Stay!
The location was amazing, especially for the price. The unit was much nicer than the pictures show. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very accommodating. The beach access was a short walk through the complex and across the street. Very beautiful beaches and quiet relaxing views.

Clean and Roomy
The condo was lovely. It was well furnished with everything we needed including a washing machine and dryer. Our host Richard, was super nice! He even helped carry our baggage up the steps. We had outdoor space on the front and back. It's a five minute walk to the beach so you can't hear the waves crashing, but the beach is outstanding. The water is see through clear up to my shoulders!

Relaxing Vacation
We absolutely loved our stay at Chateau La Mer ll. Our apartment was super clean. It had everything we could possibly need. Perfect location to the beach. Super cozy and quiet. Richard was so helpful. He recommended a few of his favorite restaurants and shopping areas for us to visit. We will be visiting Chateau La Mer ll again in the near future.
